Lodging
Our first class facilities will make you feel right at home during your stay with us.
We currently have 3 houses that can sleep up to a combined 18 people. We will assign your group to a given spot to ensure that everyone is as comfortable as possible during your stay. There is a nonrefundable daily fee of $300 for hunters and $200 for non-hunters. This fee will include lodging, meals, and guiding expenses. Below are brief descriptions and images of our lodging facilities.
HQ
This is our primary ranch house, where the Mattern family typically stays when we are out at the ranch. We have an eating and living area where guests commonly hang out. There are three twin XL beds in the living area for extra sleeping if necessary.
THE BARN
A barndominium style home, this was the first building we built at the ranch and it is where most of our hunters have traditionally stayed. There are two bedrooms, one with 2 bunks and another with 1 bunk and a pull-out trundle, sleeping a total of 7 people. Our bunks are twin XL bunks large enough to accommodate every adult. There is 1 full bathroom and a kitchen. The living room and garage are perfect areas for kicking back in between hunts.
THE COTTAGE
The newest addition to our housing lineup, our cottage has 1 queen bed and 2 bunks sleeping a total of 6 guests. The bunks in the cottage are also twin XL beds that are able to sleep any adult comfortably. The cottage has 1 full bath and a closet for storage space.
The Pad
This is our brand new dining hall and game room facility. Perfect for some mid day fun or for kicking back in the evening after a long day of hunting, the Pad is equipped with a pool table, a ping pong table, a lounge area with a fire place, and a full kitchen with space for dining.
